Principal
Frank has been in public accounting for over twenty-seven years. Frank's audit and review experience include serving not-for-profit organizations, churches, employee benefit plans, tribal governments, tribal enterprises, and charter schools. In addition, Frank has experience in planning and preparing income taxes for individuals and businesses and providing accounting services to small businesses. Frank received his Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University. Frank is on the finance committee of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and volunteers with the St. Vincent de Paul not-for-profit organization. Frank is a member of AICPA and NMSCPA's.
Alexander Gurule, CPA
Senior Manager
Alex has been in public accounting for over twelve years. Alex’s audit experience includes serving tribal governments, nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, state and local governments, and tribal enterprises. Alex grew up in Albuquerque and is a graduate of the University of New Mexico. Alex is also a member of the AICPA and the NMSCPA’s.
Ever Gonzalez, CPA
Senior Manager
Ever has over eight years of experience in public accounting. Ever’s audit experience includes nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, tribal governments and school audits. Additionally, he has experience in providing accounting services and tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. Ever is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and is a member of the AICPA and NMSCPA’s.
Sean Sweeney
Manager
Sean is a manager at Loftis & Lovato Group and has nearly ten years of experience in public accounting. Sean has worked on numerous nonprofit, employee benefit plan and school audits. He has also worked on numerous tribal government, housing, casino & development corporation audits. Sean has experience with MICS compliance engagements as well as Uniform Guidance audits. He also provides tax preparation services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. Sean is a graduate of the University of New Mexico.
Michelle Corley, CPA
Accounting Services Manager
Michelle has over 20 years of experience in accounting and has been a licensed CPA for 13 years. She previously served as a controller for a large nonprofit organization, gaining expertise in managing complex financial operations. For the past 5 years, Michelle has focused on providing comprehensive accounting services, including monthly accounting and bookkeeping, audit preparation and support, and the preparation of year-end financial statements. She also supports new businesses in their setup by providing guidance on accounting software implementation, internal control design, payroll systems, financial forecasting and budgeting, and compliance.
Anthony Sanchez, CPA
Accounting Services Manager
Anthony has worked in the accounting field since 2014 and earned his CPA designation in 2016. He joined the Loftis & Lovato Team in 2023 and is committed to providing quality bookkeeping and accounting services to clients. He strongly believes that having a good set of books provides the clarity and peace of mind to make better financial decisions.
Kelsie Nicholson, MAcc, CPA
Senior Accountant
Kelsie has over two years of experience in public accounting. Kelsie is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a BBA with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Accounting with an Advanced Concentration. Kelsie has worked on numerous nonprofit, employee benefit plans, and local government audits.
Matthew Cook
Senior Accountant
Matthew has over six years of experience in public accounting. Matthew is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University, where he played football for four years. Matthew has also been a Type 1 Diabetic for seventeen years and is passionate about working/volunteering for nonprofit organizations, especially in support of causes such as sports and juvenile Diabetes. Matthew has worked on numerous nonprofit, employee benefit plans, and local government audits.

Sandi is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and has been in accounting for ten years. Her experience includes both nonprofit accounting and private-sector services. She enjoys working with others and helping clients.
Savanna Wiseman
Staff Accountant
Savanna is a current student at Central New Mexico, working towards getting a degree in accounting. She hopes to gain more knowledge in accounting by interning at the Loftis and Lovato Group.
